They do not deliver, I know this for I worked there over 14 yrs. But they will shop for you if you come in or fill a order to be picked up by you or someone else.
There are services through the state that will go over a list of helpful things that are available to you. please check with the state.
Cabs charge $6 to deliver. I'm told if you order from Walmart. com they will deliver.

Coos Bay Wal-Mart does not deliver.
If you can find a ride they do curb side shopping. Someone will fill your order and have it ready for you when you get there.But call your local store and ask if they do delivery.
