Walmart welcomes dry campers in their parking lots for short periods. It has been one of their policies that has allowed them to grow into the largest retailer. However, like all things in life, there are always those who abuse it. If they are actually doing something illegal or improper, I'm sure that Walmart's staff would be glad to hear about it, and would do something about it. But, if they just offend you because they're not well off, sorry to inform you, Fred Meyer's has pan-handlers as well. Homelessness is currently a national epidemic, with Oregon leading the way. There are many organizations & people working on the problem, and that would appreciate any help they could receive. Let's remember that they're people, just like you & I, with good & bad elements. They can't & shouldn't be swept under the rug & don't deserve to be treated like lepers. Why I have many moral qualms with Walmart's policies, this one isn't one of them. Might I recommend less elitism & more compassion.
Walmart okays it..Just wait till some low class rv folks do what they did at Tahoe..Drain their black water tanks in the parking lot!..
Its illegal but walmart dont enforce it. Almost every street around walmart has vehicle campers or rv living on side of streets in neighborhoods
