Maybe they aren't homeless but just don't take care of their RV like one would think.
Walmart had a policy of allowing "customers" to stay with RVs in their parking lot for a few nights. I thought Coos Bay Walmart didn't allow overnight stays any longer. There are A LOT of people that have been forced or choose to live in RVs. Affordable housing is getting tougher to obtain. So many of us trying to find stable, consistent home lives. Unfortunately, one douche bag can ruin it all.
