Why is it that store hours are posted 11 pm is closing but yet lock the doors 10-15 mins prior to 11pm? Is that store policy or the employee policy to be able to clock out and leave right at 11? To me that’s false advertisement and misleading

Seems to me that if you already know the hours of operation then you should plan accordingly, not wait until the last minute to shop, forcing others to work overtime in order to cater to you.
