We charge $1.35 up to 1 ounce standard letter international.
USPS charges $1.15 to mail a letter (up to 1oz) internationally. You would then need to add in the additional cost that Speedy Pack and Ship charges for the convenience of shipping thru them instead of dealing with the USPS. In short, little more than $1.15.
