Do you guys give Refunds if I buy something like a controller and the. I return it how it was will I get my money back or is it store credit

2 weeks to return the item for full store credit or for cash back minus 15% reprocessing fee. Thanks

Store credit and they take 10% off the price you bought it at if you have reciepts and it's been less than 10 days since purchase. I'm pretty sure they don't give cash back or credit to a card back unless they make an exception for specific items. And even then, it's something no more than 60% of purchase price you get back as they take out the amount it would be had you rented it instead of bought it.
