They are horrible. It was the worst online shopping experience ever. I placed an $400 order and I received a thank you note with the order number and surprisingly found the day after that haven’t received an order confirmation email and it doesn’t show on my account and some of my items are sold out can’t get it anymore. All what they are doing is saying sorry it didn’t go through. Wasted my time and won’t waste my money with express again.

The clothes are cute but the employees are extremely rude and stuck up for absolutely no reason. I’m always polite when I come in here and every time the employees have an attitude for no reason and act like they’re God’s gift to humanity. I’m a grown adult and it was my mistake to think they are as well.
