No they don't!
No reservations... They are usually busy but the obvious, normal busy times are going to be weekends and evenings. I can't recall a time that I've gone and didn't have to wait at least 5 minutes for a table. But they do their best to get you seated as quickly as possible
They don't do reservations. You kinda have to show up and hope is not too busy
