During holidays, they hand out tickets like crazy if your part isnt legal, & licenced properly! Just some food for Thought! There are other parks that are dog friendly as well, if you travel north on main id say about 3 miles you'll come to dog island park on the right hand side & an actual dog park located at the fry field next to Vista junior high school! Yeah we didn't have a problem with are dog
There are dogs onl leashes and some just posted to the rablea in the picnickareas but down on the water they often get in and play without leashes but under direct supervisoon of the owners. Ducka and geese are always there and people can get mad if yours dogs run them off...
I bring my dogs all the time it's ok
