No. Although Dr Danner may be able to tell you if you can legally have them here and where the best place is to get them. You may also want to ask the animal shelters if they have any.
No
You can have Macaws. I gave 2 B & G’s, just relocated to Maine from North Carolina. Fir me to travel from North Carolina to Maine I had to get a health checkup and signed to show free from diseases. Be careful if you buy in another state, you are required to have health checkups on all pets going from state to state. They good for 30 days once signed. Maine will treat Parrots as an import, so if you buy out of state, take to Vet to have official paper Incase you get pulled over by law enforcement to show ownership. Go to a rescue, but rescues won’t have babies or very young macaws. They will have you visit a few times to learn about the Parrot your interested in, they will teach you how to take proper care of them. It will be cheaper, and you saved a life. Now, ask yourself can you give up certain things that will harm your future parrot. Ex. Candles, Teflon pans, etc.
