I see many complaints about serviceand delivery, BUT I had nothing but a great experience. Jessica was super helpful, my rack and rails came 3 days before I expected them, and the fit was perfect with my Rev rolling tonneau cover. Electric hookup was easy, and ... Best of All ... the setup looks AWESOME. My Chevy dealer said they haven't seen rails that beefy before. I can't wait to put in the rest of my order for the back rack and some extra accessories. GREAT JOB MAGNUM !!! AND NOT A "made in china" sticker in sight!!!🤣

I wanted a magnum headache rack. I order and paid for one. Weeks later hearing nothing from them I contacted and they still couldn't ship. They said they can't keep up making them because of Coronavirus. With no expectations of getting a rack, I canceled and was promised a full refund. A week later, no refund and now they say it could be 7 to 10 days more to get my nearly $700 back. They still can't ship a headache rack either. I became frustrated with them. They threatened that if I give them a bad review they will post an email where is swear at them for taking and keeping all money. Well this is my opinion whether they like it or not.

Not only does it look fantastic on my truck, it's also very functional allowing me to see at night much better and it was an easy 30 minutes to install it!

Have had this on my truck for about 6 months now. It went through a winter of plowing and everything is still in great shape. I researched all types of racks for my truck and this is the best there is. I worked with Pat Rogers to have some custom work done to the rack with the flood lights and it came out great. I ordered a light bar and asked Pat to make me two brackets that would fit and those came out great. I wired the flood lights to an aux switch in the cab and the brake/running/blinker lights and reverse lights I used the wiring harness and it was truly plug and play, could not be easier. You can look at the photos and see the work rack they built. It is a 2017 F350 with a 6.75' bed. The toolbox/ fuel cell was made by Fuel Box out in California, they are great too, look them up.
