Hello Zachary, Like most medical offices, our phone lines go to an independent answering service from noon until one PM. These operators take down messages for staff, who answer them at one PM. The operator is able to page the doctor with urgent issues when they arise. This is pretty standard. I’m sorry you did not have a pleasant experience with the answering service.
