Administrative issues in confirming appointments. There was a lot of confusion around coverage of certain procedures. Refusal of allowing me to speak to a supervisor. The answer was “no” 3 times. I simply hung up & that was it. What more is there to say when no one is there to talk to?? False accusations of using fowl language which I did not. Rudeness & the fact that they pick & choose who comes into their office. That’s discrimination. There’s no excuse for Elder abuse. In closing: I’ve thanked “all” Medical Personnel since March 2020 for being there for us during some very trying & unusual circumstances. I’ve never been treated so poorly in the 70 years in the field of medicine. The behavior of some in that office was unacceptable.

Knowledgeable,, informative, personable, listened to, understood and answered questions. Cindy was fabulous regarding acquiring an approval from my insurance company. I appreciate all the work she did within several hours to secure all presurgery appointments. The office got me in quickly following my PCP's referral. That was comforting given my diagnosis.
