Hi, I live in NC and want to buy CBD oil (from marijuana, not hemp). I am disabled due to chronic pain & migraines, fibromyalgia & diabetes. Can I purchase if I have a medical card? Please advise on a Dr. to get a medical card. Thanks in advance.

This dispensary is in Maine. If you ate coming to visit and have a medical card your state, you need to contact Maine DHS for a form to fill out and bring with you which will allow you to purchase. Maine is a reciprocate state.

If you have a medical card you can get a "Maine visitors pass" and can purchase. They do not ship.

Hi there. As a NC resident you would need to have a medical cannabis certification in your home state first. Then your doctor from NC would need to contact Maine's Department of Health and Human Services to get a Maine Out-of-State Certification form in order to purchase here. That form comes on a tamperproof medical paper, so it would need to be mailed to your physician. Then they could fill it out on your behalf for you to bring with you to Maine along with your valid NC Medical Cannabis Certification and NC Driver's License or state ID.
