If you can get a reservation, do it. Great location: you can walk down the hill to the beach or cross the street to Rose Eden lobster pound. We loved our stay last September.

I don't quite remember what we paid, but I believe it was in the $45 range. That was July of last year. July the 4th is a mandatory 3 day stay.
