Yes
And
Sometimes people stay there for hours for the WiFi. They bring their laptops and expect a plugin to use, and at the end of it, they only buy a small piece of food and soda and give a small tip. I can understand a smart phone to check-in or respond to an occasional email or two, but a laptop, a powersource , and a tiny bill with little to no gratuity; for that head to the public library. So to answer your question, yes there is WiFi there, but please remember to be reasonable about utilizing it.
What's that well they got good good and that's why I go there. Try home depot they might have that WiFi that you are looking for?
