Sandwich was good, but it is a close second as my wife and I prefer Jersey Mikes. Their philosophy to support firefighters is spot on. I applaud their efforts to support a cause such as this.

We have been here twice and both times it was a complete negative experience. One person would be making the sandwiches while other stand around talk. 2nd visit the person taking the order didn't even bother to ask if we wanted everything the came with the sub. Had to interrupt him to get our order correct. Once again people were standing around while are sandwiches were being made. Sounds like new management is needed.

A little disappointed with my experience today. I ordered online and scheduled a pickup time to get my food during my lunch. My order was ready right as I walked in, great. The chips I ordered were out of stock, no biggie, I grabbed my next favorite. The medium drink cups were out too so they gave me a large. Thought I was lucky getting some extra stuff! Unfortunately my sandwich is where the ball was really dropped. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch, NO ranch, NO tomatoes and add olives and pickles. When I got back to work and started eating, there was still ranch and tomatoes on my sandwich and the pickles and olives weren’t added. I can deal with the stuff on it that I said I didn’t want, what really is the problem here is that there were a ton of red sauce fingerprints all over my sandwich from what I would assume they touched/made before mine. I know mistakes happen, and I know it gets busy, but you should still take a few extra seconds to be more attentive. I’m just disappointed in the experience today. Also, every time I’ve gone to this location they’ve messed up my order, last time I got a completely different sandwich than what I ordered and I was on lunch break and didn’t have time to say something and make them fix it. Please pay better attention to orders.

This Firehouse is typical of casual dining fare. If you go in with that idea, you'll enjoy it. The staff are friendly, they have a reasonable selection of sub fixings. The hot sauce selection is quiet good. It's not "wow, I love it" food, but it is good. My only fault on it is the expense to make it a combo. Overall it's more expensive than other sub options with only marginally better food than Subway.
