4pm, however I was able to get in my room at 1pm. Just depends on when you go and how busy, if the type of room you booked is ready then they will let you in early
11:00 However the lat time we were there you were able to arrange late check-out depending on the activity level.

Really great place. If your room is ready they usually will let you go ahead sometime after lunch.
