We stayed there 1st time and last we had a 4 day stay and left after first night our granddaughters took their shoes off and walked across the floor that had carpet and the bottom of their feet was black as if they has been walking outside. We ask to look at the room before checking in they said no because of germs and sanitation they really need to take their own advise and they need a big time up grade everything is very old and dated . This is definitely not what we are use to staying at never again 1 star and that's good for them. Pictures are very deceiving.

Very family friendly, nice staff, and superb housing. I loved how detailed the company is with planning and accommodating of families with little kiddos. I always forget to ask for bottom levels condo/hotels when booking. They had our reservation on the 1st floor--perfect for little stomping feet. It has everything you need to have a great time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The heated indoor pool was fun. My kids had a blast. We hope to come again in the summer when we can enjoy the outdoor are more.

Hands down the cleanest and best hotel I ever stayed in. So clean, beds are so comfortable, they give you everything you pretty much need such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, life vest at the pool. They have mini golf, beautiful lights outside, a game room, fire pits, a beautiful water park, playground area, game room. My 3 year old son absolutely loved it all. Also so close to everything! Loved it was so close to Walmart! Will definitely be staying again!

I am a Registered Nurse. I have a child with a chronic illness that has a decreased immune system. With that being said, clean is not an option for us it is absolutely a necessity!! We also travel a lot. I can say hands down this is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The bathroom, linen, floors. All exceptional! We have enjoyed the indoor pool, large hot tub and sauna! The little extras like the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were nice as well. We stayed in the 1 BR suite with bunk beds. If I could pick on one thing, it would be, maybe to have a small TV where the bunk beds are. Other wise, everything has been wonderful!!
