Sometimes you can get on the phone with RIA and manage to confirm transaction information and will change it for you. Generally they have you confirm the TN and the sender's information (name and phone #) if you know the city or zipcode that it was sent from. HOWEVER I have provided every detail of the transaction info and still had another agent tell me that only the cashier at location the wire was sent from is able to correct the transaction information
