Good service, our spot had a shade tree but not all of the spots do. We didn't try the pool but it looked lovely.

Very clean RV park. The management seems really on top of things. Its a nice change to have someone who cares about the safety of the people. They make sure every site is in good shape and everything works properly. You can tell they are not just in it for the money. And with this level of involvement from the management, it seems like nice and friendly people stay here. Security is obviously a priority, so not much goes on without management and police knowing about it. The only complaint is the dogs that bark a lot, especially at night.

This rv park is the best! The owners live onsight and they are awesome people! The park is clean & well managed. The laundry room is clean with new machines. The 2 bathrooms r clean and nice. There is a large rec room with a big TV and other amenities. They decorate for every season and that is fun. Paved roads and gravel pads. All utilities are in working order. We have been here for the winter so haven't had the chance to use the swimming pool yet but I know it is cleaned every morning. The other full timers we have met are friendly. Dogs and cats r treated like royalty š„° We really like living in this RV park. They have plenty of over night sites as well.

Very well kept, decent rates, and a nice pool. Spots are a good size and the majority are pull throughs. That's particularly useful for us as we like to take the trailer to the mountains sometimes too when my wife is off.

Let me try and answer your question but with a little more detail I can't speak for Marty and the rates or if there is in deed space available - I believe that there is but again I can't speak for the owners BUT I WILL SAY THIS if you get the chance to come and stay at SUNNYSIDE RV PARK you will never in my personal opinion find a better RV PARK anywhere else Marty and his wife treat us all like family if not better this park has everything rite down to a heated swimming pool. The laundry room is one of the 3 in all 50 states if you ask me here is why the washers are half the cost of any place else and he does not turn his dryers down like others do if you have children the play area is top number 1 for all around safety and the comfort of safety and security knowing that the children are free to have fun. I have a brand new bighorn that busted a water pipe the owner without thinking twice jumped in and help me and in fact told me here is u need and the security of a crime free park
