Pets are not allowed though I have not seen this policy inforced. Certified service dogs, by law, are permitted.

Most stores allow service dogs.
I know they let service dogs in and I have seen people carry small puppies and never get bothered. However I don't know the facts or rules other than service dogs. Good luck and have a good day.
