Was there last week and the salad bar was disgusting. They had the hard hearts of lettuce mostly, dressings had spilt other dressings in it, curly pasta was so slimey, and very messy. Salad bar isn't as good as it was in the fall.

Most of the time I go because Im im the mood for a wonderful salad. However, every time I have gone its been gross. Green peppers are sliced so thin they are no longer crunchy. Tomatoes are soggy which is a huge turn off for me. Most of the veggies are no longer fresh. Croutons sit out all day, but are GREAT when fresh. I used to be their salad bar attendant in Bangor when it was open & I always made sure it was going to be fresh & a good experience for my guests. Brewer is slackin on freshness!! Get your shyt together Rubys!!

They had 4 types of lettuce. It was clean. We don't eat pasta or potato salad, but loved all the veggies and fruit and beans etc. Made a great vegan salad.

Salad bar used to be better. I agree it has gone downhill in choices. Otherwise, i have found it to be clean at dinnertime.

I went there last Friday for lunch and the salad bar was fine. Our meal was good but the server, while pleasant, was so inattentive that it spoiled our time.

I agree about salad bar. Also, had a burger that wasn't the way I ordered. Usually this location is good, bad great service.
