If I want to have a baby shower in the park area "not the hall" would there be a fee? And do i have to consult anyone before I have it.

I am not 100% about the fee, but you need to contact the city hall park and recreation department in R.C. to reserve it for your event for sure.

All the parks in Rancho Cucamonga have a reservation required and a clean up fee.
