Our experience was terrible. The "lead technician" was extremely rude, condescending, inconsiderate and only concerned with charging us $150 more for the same job we paid $260+ 5 months prior. As I attempted to gain an understanding of what options were available and why their previous was not under warranty, all he did was talk over me as if I was a child. As I attempted to ask him questions, his response was "what do you want to do"? I told him I want to get understanding and his response was again, "what do you want to do"? I asked why would they charge us $150 more for a failed job, that they performed. He responded saying inflation has caused their prices to increase...lol. I laugh because I am paying for the parts....what parts, so what parts of labor has inflation increased? Again as I attempted to understand our options, he just continued to talk over me. I then told him it was best for him to leave. As a business owner for the last 17 years of multiple businesses, our primary focus for each business is on customer service. Times are tough for everyone I an certain, however, you never put the dollar before the person. I'll not use their service again. However, I do wish them the best. Excuse any inevitable typos.

I called because the dishwasher was not filling with water and not washing the dishes. The repairman, Andy, arrived on time and found that some of the wiring had been damaged (possibly chewed by a rodent-ugh!) and was costly to repair. I decided it was better to buy a new one than to repair it, but did cost me $130.00 for the service call. It would have been applied to the repair had I chosen that route. This company came out the same day I called and Andy was very knowledgeable and professional. I will using them for any future appliance repairs and highly recommend them.

The Technician - Cory was all that you expect, yet often don't receive; He was on time and knowledgeable! The replacement parts for my dishwasher arrive unassembled with no instructions, but he knew exactly what do. Thanks Cory, you are the best.

This was my first time using Mr. Appliance and it was a great experience. I really appreciated the text and email to confirm my appointment as well as the picture and name of the technician who was scheduled to arrive. Cody, the technician who helped me was on time, super knowledgeable and able to identify the problem instantly and provide a quote. Thankfully he has the parts needed so he was able to fix my dryer right away. I appreciated how he explained and showed me what was wrong as well as what he would be doing to fix the problem. I will for sure be a return customer.
