It is my understanding that this one is independently owned and while they accept franchise coupons, they don't participate in specials. Happened to me on "free pie Monday". They don't do that either, however this is still favorite store because of the great management and staff. If I want to get the non coupon specials, I go to the Perkins on Cty. Rd. D
