My dad is almost 89 years old now, and is disabled. He wants to renew his California ID card. Can he receive the card by mail in instead of going to the DMV office? How can he get his application process? Any detail requirement for him? Maggie

He needs to go into an office to renew an ID. Most offices have a disabled line. I know the one in Bellflower does. Hope this info helps.
