Hector, Michael and the crew hooked UP my Bianchi Pista and gave me a ton of excellent suggestions on restoring my paint to factory-like condition as well as designerly options for stems, brakes, cranks, hubs, pedals, saddles AND wheels (had a ton of questions after not riding for a few years). They have the knowledge to keep you GLIDINGGG, fam - trust. PRO-TIP: They're open on Sundays, unlike MANY other area bike shops.

The staff is very friendly and Helpful. I can only recommend this store, the employees listen to you and offer you not only a direct solution, but also a far-sighted solution My Girlfriend and i where looking for some reliable bikes to get around the city because we just moved here from out of country. we got very good used bikes that where in our budget as well as good advice on bike theft security and how to get around the city on a bike. they where also very kind and secured the seat so it cant be stolen so easily by just opening the quick release.

The shop is fine. Good location for me. I dropped off my 2020 Trek fx2 bike, as I bought it used, so wanted to make sure everything was fine. I was charged $65 took about 3 days. I didn't get a call or voicemail for pickup, so I just showed up myself. The bike honestly rides the same. I wasn't told what was the done to the bike and if any fixes were made etc... They just handed me the bike and had me paid. I recommend you bring your bike in for maintenance if you abouselty need something. Also side note the day I dropped off the bike there was guy very upset yelling at the staff saying the shop is rip off etc. Not the best first experience.
