I wasn't able to make an appointment on the phone or online. But if you show up early in person, as soon as the office opens, they come down the line handing out same day appointments. Their process is very efficient. Once you are actually there for your appointment, even with the limited capacity protocol, it goes fairly quickly and smooth.
At the moment there are no appointments. Its based on first come first serve basis. You would need to be there early in the morning to get a number to get into the DMV. The process is also pretty fast Hope this helps. Thanks in advance Jackson
