I have gone onto the DMV web-page to start the process of acquiring my REAL ID. Information and Documents have been uploaded via this link; confirmation # 7FE8-BAA8. My passport "approval" up to 5 days. Has your office received my documents?

Upgrading is a 2 part process. Filling out the questionaires on the web page is only the 1st part. You have to bring your documentation into a DMV office (in person) to complete the 2nd step. Your Real ID will arrive by mail soon after.

Sorry no clue on using the website I went in and got my real ID at 4:28 2 minutes before the doors closed at 4:30 and was out the door by 5:10 with no appointment

Yup that office is great very quick my son got his renewel within 2 weeks

I'm not employed by the DMV. But my BFF is and documents as you described are often processed with in 72hrs. It's not a 4SURE but I'd bank on it.
