I am a Longo Toyota customer and lately they have given me a bad service. on two occasions I have called and they tell me that they will call me right away to give me the information I need to buy another new Vehicle with them and they did not call me.

Wow. that’s something I experienced with this company before. their is a gentleman whom goes by Juan. Ironically that’s my name as well figured since he was raza he would help. But instead only passed judgment and said do you even have a down payment for a car today. I proceeded to ask if some one else can help me. Asked why? Then I told him very seriously, you may work here but I don’t think you know how this works showing him 720 credit score and apologized right away Service sucks here..

Hello this is how I see things when they don’t seem right. Maybe they had a bad morning at home hectic getting kids ready for school maybe a bad drs report. Yes I agree they shouldn’t take it to work. But I did business with Raymond can’t recall his last name And the service I had done Tuesday morning was great. I’m sorry this happen to you.
