Very courteous and friendly service. No pressure sales tactics and a honest upfront deal. Sales person was thorough and explained all aspects of the vehicle step by step. Tech advisor was patient and no rush explaining all the tech stuff How to make this vehicle work for the best advantage. Both parties ensured that all questions were answered. Financial advisor was also thorough explaining the entire financial process step by step so there are no hidden costs or Suprises. As always, I have been consistently pleased with the service provided by Longo Lexus, where I have leased my last few cars and hopefully will do so again. Everyone in the process, Drivers Alex and Ricky, Dennis Lo, and Man Wong were courteous and helpful to the extreme. I do have to say that I am not a happy camper at all about the quality of the tires that went on this model which have had to be replaced too often for normal driving, and I recommend tire insurance bigtime. But the folks who work at Longo are terrific. Thanks to the team!

Everyone is masked. There's a tented waiting area outside for those who choose to wait for service. The loan vehicles have protected covers over the steering wheel and drivers seats are protected. These are removed after each customer. The are plastic shields between the customers and service advisor. Hand sanitizer stations are throughout the place . Markers are placed on the floors, reminding to stay 6 feet apart. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the permanent buildings.
