I am new to the office and State Farm as a whole. I switched to State Farm a few months ago from another company and have had an awesome experience. Jennifer Baptiste is the insurance agent I have been working with and she has been AMAZING. Insurance is stressful on its own accord, but Jennifer is so patient and kind and has always been willing to go above and beyond to explain things that I do not understand.
