They advertise if you buy the tire from them. They will put it on for free, just had to pay $60 to get my tire mounted AFTER buying it from cycle gear. Thanks cycle gear!

Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken $500 Bluetooth unit and refused to warranty the item. This place disgust me. I will neverrrrrrrr spend money with cycle gear in smyrna ever again.

I called Customer service due to my phone number keeps getting text messages to do surveys. I called corporate spoke with Zak who just wasn’t helping or willing to help . He was trying to brush me off and didn’t want to get a supervisor as I requested . I shop at three different stores spoke with managers at three different stores all theee told me the same thing. informed me it the corporate doing this using third party companies. There using third parties for survey giving out your information with out the customer consent. If anyone that knows anyone in the company please post there information to who I can contact about this . I would like to know who the third party company so I can contact them not to give out my information with out my consent. So one in there corporate knows who I wish to contact them since your rep Zak declines to get a supervisor.

Hi, why do we have to wait for 2,3,4,5 days to receive something from one store to an other in the same city specially when the website says available at this store and when you get there : ho I am sorry I don't have it here but it's at the store 5 miles away. So first the website is not updated and then you have to wait for whatever days.( SURPRISE to PEORIA AZ) stores.Heads up AMAZON one day delivery! I heard you use ups between stores in the same City ?🤔 That is a joke😜😜 Great customer service and very economical way to do business.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
