The HVAF process as developed and implemented by Kermetico is technically sound, and well supported with application development. The spray quality, deposition efficiency, and spray rates are far better than HVOF. The process does not require the use of Oxygen, saving on the infrastructure of Oxygen supply and the cost of Oxygen I strongly recommend the company and the process

Can you suggest micro sealent for Hvaf Tc coating porosity less than. 03%.on steel roller dia 1200 mm. For 24 months. Life. Thanks. I m Bhavins Father.
Hi Himansu, We don't usuallly need a sealer on tungsten carbide, however is is sometimes specified and when it is we use Dichtol. It doesn't penetrate much but we meet the spec. All the best, John
