So disappointed with Kohl's. They have removed their jewelry and accessory counters and replace them with Sephora. Leaves us ladies next to nowhere to go for accessories. Also I went looking for dress shoes, and although they have a big marketing sign above the shoe department with high heels, there wasn't a high heel to be found. The place has turned into nothing but athletic shoes for men and women. Also was shopping for a suit for my husband, but that too has been replaced with casual clothes. We found one little rack with a few suit jackets on it and pants that did not match. We'll be taking our suit business elsewhere.. I used to love Kohl's but the standard has dropped badly. Doesn't seem to be much of a dress code for associates either. I'm so disappointed in every aspect of this place. Guess we'll be looking for another place to shop.

We walked into Kohl's to get a hat and a pair of shoes, and walked out with a t-shirt, a folding chair, and a discounted hammock. They had a pair of shoes I was looking for, but only I wide. I can't find good shoes! We have been to this Kohl's many times and will go back many more. CCW friendly.

Ever since new management has come in, the store and culture is awful! I talked to Paula and can't imagine working for her. She has no customer service skills. She has to be the reason people are leaving the store. Disgraceful misarable, nasty environment to work in. Sad she ruined the store.
