We filled in the transfer section of the title to our car, into our family trust but never sent it in to state. We now want to sell the car, since you cant white out anything on the form, how do we transfer the title over to the new owners now?

DMV only , get a bill of sale

GO GET ANOTHER TITLE FOR THE CAR AND THROW AWAY THE OTHER ONE?

You need a bill of sale and go to the DMV

You woud need to get a duplicate title at DMV ONLY, not available at AAA.

Go to the AAA have them reissue a new pink slip . They also handle all the DMV paper work too.

U need to asked AAA or DMV. I dont work for them so I have no clue. Sorry I cant help u out.
