There are 2 women's shelters and Deposit or rental assistance.
Community Action Partnership has been in Sonoma County since 1967 and partners with low-income families and individuals to help them achieve economic and social stability; to build community and to advocate for social and economic justice. For homeless populations, we have programs that can assist with rent and deposit assistance to help secure housing. We also have two women’s shelters that can provide short term housing. Shelter placement goes through the Sonoma County Coordinated Entry system. Our Disaster Relief program has been working with the most vulnerable populations affected by the Tubbs and Kincade fires, providing case management and financial assistance to provide secure housing and assistance with rebuilding efforts.
