Honestly I’m so glad I found this place. It’s got a good mix of thrift store items, new things like clamps and painting supplies, as well as building materials. Reasonable prices and the electronics are tested. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff. It’s like a thrift shop for diy-ers

Carlos the manager was incapable of any kind of customer service. That's about the nicest I could put it. Asking an outrageous amount of money for some old used windows with a bunch of screws hanging out of them. Just an overall poor interaction with the customer.

I absolutely love the Restore. The deals I find here are amazing. I’ve recently been helped by Dave Xaiyne and Lori and am happy to say that they did a great job on not only helping me find exactly what I needed but pointed me in the direction of a few things I hadn’t even thought about.

I have been shopping here for years. You never know what you might find. They have brand new items alongside vintage antiques as well as gently used reasonably priced furniture and more. I just got a new glass dining table and chairs, new bar stools, and a beautiful (and comfy) leather couch. Karlos was especially helpful and welcoming. I'll be back soon!

I have several boxes of lighting to donate. Do you pick up in Mill Valley?
Yes
Yes, to smaller household items. No, to clothing. There is a thrift store (Crossing the Jordan) adjacent to the Restore that does take clothing.
I don't think so I never seen one. Just house hold stuff.
Yes, I see similar items there all the time. As long as it is in usable condition.
I'm sure they would love to have it
I think not. Call them please. BUILDING MATERIALS is their field. I suggest PICK OF THE LITTER on Piner (Thrift store run by Forgotten Felines) or THE LIVING ROOM on Cleveland (a day shelter for women & children, M - F). CAUTION: In this time of "THE VIRUS" it may have to be SANITIZED to be acceptable! Consider also a DAY CARE you may know. Reuse is recycle. Good hunting.
That's a call them question.
They do not take mattresses or bix springs
I didn't see any when I was last in there last week . But stock changes. I would go by and see.
