Yes it is open
The Gardens are open every day of the year, from 8am to dusk. Tour Season for Gift Shop, Museum & Docent-led Tours is April-October. During the winter, we can offer mini-tours of the Home during the week when one of the office staff is available. But we won't be in again until Jan 2. (Unfortunately, it's hard to express this split schedule via Google's forms.)
