i went here first week of august 2018 I went around 2pm and called me when they about to close when they about to close I look to my left there still more people sitting there waiting
Honestly, Westminster DMV, has it's ups and downs. I've primarily used this location my entire driving life.(36rs.) It's really hit or miss, on wait times. And never had an issue with efficiency at all. Of course I have very little to compare it to. But I've never experienced any of the common complaints people seem to have, at this location. Except the one time I had to wait, I think, two hours. Coulda been worse.
I was at the Westminster DMV, on Thursday October 8 and things went smoothly for me. Haven't been to the other location. To answer your question, yes.
