Depending on the act and if you want to make sure you get to the front of the stage, I'd say get there at 7 to wait in line. If you're not too picky on where you stand, I'd say 715-730.
Depends on the artist thats performing, if it's a well known (popular) artist you might want to get there maybe 30 minutes before the show, les might be long
For sure at 7 parking is a couple blocks away. Its standing room only so if you wanna be up close get there earlier. Other then that an hour before is normal.
