Yes. If you want to use a pavilion (covered, designated tables), call and reserve in advance. It's about $86. A few uncovered tables or bringing your own tables are first come first served. You'll also get a pamphlet of rules, like no alcohol, no taping things to the ceilings/walls, no loud music, etc.
