No it is posted in the website buried under stupid stuff call registration and permits. Makes more sense to post under general Information so it's easy to find but I guess California does this to make money off people who have common sense that would not look under that type of heading. Well at least I didnt get a ticket.

I haven't seen any drones there so I can't say for sure. But it's a vast area and impossible to patrol continuously and comprehensively. On the other hand, there's a pretty deep canyon there. So if your drone runs out of charge while over the canyon, good luck getting it back.

Yes you can. Just can get too close the the falls due to tree and vegetation
