Fantastic secret "get away" in none other than Beverly hills! 5 minutes after parking your car and walking a short distance, you might as well be in the lush areas of the Pinacles National Monument! Then there are the gorgeous ducks, who find themselves so ver satisfied in the very acvomodaying lake. ......did I mention the turtles? No?..... DOZENS OF TURTLES ALL OVER THE WATER AND THE SOFT, DARK SOIL OF THE WATERS EDGE! They want to be fed!....they and the large ducks dance around each other hoping to get things to eat! So, there are a blanket ofot of tame turtles....and over them looms a dozen hungry ducks! Keep going up the trail and you will experience dry desert mountain walkways. Enough said! When you realize that THIS is Beverly Hills, you will probably want to take down a few mansions in order to make the Franklin Canyon Park bigger!
