Me and my family bought a car from this store. The service we had was excellent. With great patience and detail they answered every question we had. We are a great team with respect for each other and for our clients. In fact, I should mention that they took 1.5 hours longer than their working hours to serve us. I would like to say a special thanks to Mr. Kris Assad and his team!

We had a terrible experience here. The sales team was extremely rude. We had an appointment to look at a car at 9AM. We had asked for wiring instructions and were prepared to purchase the car upon seeing it. They sold the car and nobody even contacted us to tell us. We found out because we were getting an insurance quote on our policy and went to look for the information and saw the car was no longer listed. I don't have a problem with the fact that they sold it prior to our appointment. I take issue with three things. First, the sales person didn't call us back, we only got an appointment because called the main line again. Second, we were never notified the car sold. Third, when we told him it was poor customer service, he took the GM off the emails and said I told you to come in, it's a hot market. Needless to say we won't purchasing a vehicle from them and are reconsidering whether or not what we want to purchase an Audi.

We had a exceptional experience at Audi Beverly Hills! Sasha and Farhad got me my exact car in just a few hours, from a different dealership, at the rate we were looking for! Communicated thoroughly and timely throughout the whole process. The experience at the dealership was easy and quick, but not rushed. Hendrick, my salesman, and the gentleman who helped in finance were a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new family car and look forward to working with Audi Beverly Hills for years to come.

I had a terrific experience leasing my car from Audi Beverly Hills. I knew exactly which model I wanted, the specs, color, everything. I had done some comparison shopping and went to other Audi dealerships, I can confidently say that Audi Beverly Hills was way superior to the other Audi dealerships within a 15 mile radius. I am a first-time car owner, as I just moved to Los Angeles from NYC, and I needed a lot of education and assistance throughout the process. I had a negative experience at other Audi dealerships around LA, but this one (Fletcher Jones Audi Beverly Hills) was incredible! Farhad was incredibly professional, very knowledgable about the car and the process, and worked to help me find the exact car I wanted. He helped to educate me on the different options for buying vs. leasing, different payment plans and never pressured me. He was honest and forthright and made me feel comfortable about my decision. Richard Camacho was outstanding! He helped me learn about all the features of the car, got me all set up and was incredibly professional and patient with me throughout the process. He was (and is) incredibly responsive when I have questions even now that the car is in my possession, and is always so helpful. He even took photos of me with my new car when my mom wasn't getting the right shot :) Aram Moss in the finance department was also terrific, he was honest, didn't try to upsell me for things I didn't need, and he was also very patient with me as I asked many questions since this was a new experience for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP OVER ANY OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIPS IN THE AREA. From the professionalism, the honesty, the respect, and the overall experience. I cannot say enough good things!
