No, but you can get a larger foam topper and cut it to size. Fred Meyers are twin spec's so a little bigger than what you are looking for. They are also 2 to 3 in tops thick. They look easy to cut. I just bought one. I want a 70x22 mattress. I like memory foam but it's expensive and some has fiberglass in it and you don't want to cut it. I can get a cheaper full size memory foam, cut in half and trim to size. Then it can help fill the cot size cover which is the smallest they come in. I hope this helps you. The foam is comfortable but it's also on my old memory foam until I get my frame built.
I have never seen them at Wal-Mart but Fred Meyer's carries foam pads and of course Joanne's & Michael's craft stores as well.
