The reindeer farm is open year round. You can probably visit in the summer when they aren't busy, and reserve a winter date at that time. Or, maybe just call and ask....
You'd have to call and see if they are taking reservations for the date you'd like to go. We actually called the day before and they were able to accommodate our party.
