Do we have to pay for parking?

Paying is the easiest

There is a free public lot across the street, about 1 short city block away. Otherwise, there are 2 paid lots and metered parking. I was told by an employee that if you have a handicap placard or plates, you do not have to pay the meter. Uncertain if that is true, it is in surrounding towns.

There is free parking....if you can find it. But, normally you have to pay for parking in a parking lot.
