Yup, she can pretty much do whatever she wants and you cannot do anything about it. If the tables were turned, there is plenty she could do to you. Welcome to ladies court......I mean family court. The BEST outcome you can hope for is a 50/50 custody split. The worst, loss of all physcial and legal custody. She does not face the same co sequences, can lie about you without any reprecussions and has the full backing of the state and all law enforcement agencies.
